Born and raised in Colorado, Justin Kappel is the founder of Monument Payments, a top-rated provider of payment processing and POS solutions across Western Colorado and beyond. He began his journey in merchant services the old-fashioned way — knocking on doors and learning the business from the ground up.
Driven by a passion for honest, personalized service, Justin built Monument Payments with a clear mission: to deliver transparent, cost-saving solutions and hands-on support to businesses of all sizes. Certified by the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA), he brings deep industry knowledge and a relentless commitment to doing business the right way — no long-term contracts, no hidden fees, just real relationships and results.
Outside of work, Justin is a devoted husband and father of three. He enjoys mountain biking, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, snowboarding, and exploring the outdoors with his family.
